How do I book?
All bookings are done through our online system…linked right here. I know, I know not everyone loves it, but it’s the easiest way to see real-time availability and keep things seamless. No phone tag, no back and forth, no scheduling mix-ups.
Not sure what tan to book? No stress, babe. I’ll have all of the options at your appointment, and we’ll choose the best fit for your schedule and needs. Select any glow, and we will go over it!
What is the difference between your tans?
All tans are 100% custom-blended to your skin tone and glow goals. The color develops fully approximately in 24 hours and last 7–10 days with proper care.
• Original Glow (8–12 hr rinse): Classic rinse for a deep, even glow with sculpted contour.
• Rapid Glow (2–6 hr rinse): Faster rinse option for same-day events or busy schedules—includes light contouring.
• Incognito Glow (Clear | 8–12 hr rinse): Goes on clear—no bronzer, no mess. Ideal for brides and white clothing.
• Mobile Glow: We bring everything to you! Choose Rapid, Original, or Incognito during your color consult before the appointment. Available within 12 miles of 34983.
All tans include a prep spray, hydration mist, drying powder, and complimentary disposables for the full Glow Haven experience. Light contouring is included with Original and Rapid Glow.
How do I prepare for my appointment?
Exfoliate & Shave
The day PRIOR to your tan, exfoliate head to toe with an exfoliating mitt and shave any unwanted hair. If you have an existing spray tan, it’s important to remove it completely…tanning over old color is like painting over chipped nail polish, and the results will be uneven.
No Products
Skip lotions, deodorants, oils, and fragrances on the day of your tan. These create a barrier and can lead to uneven color, green armpits, and patchiness.
Wash Your Hair First
Wash your hair before your appointment or plan accordingly. Shampoo and conditioner during your first rinse can interfere with how your tan develops.
Plan Your Day Accordingly
Life doesn’t stop just because you’re getting a spray tan, which is why I use lightweight, fast-drying solutions and a non-stick drying powder. But you’ll still need to avoid tight clothing, water exposure (dishes, baths, rain), and heavy sweating until your first rinse.
What should I wear during & after my appointment?
During: Wear as much or as little as you want. Our rule is whatever you’re most comfortable in….bikini, bra, thong, or nothing at all. We have complimentary disposable bottoms and tops in studio, too.
For men, underwear or coverage is required. No exceptions.
After: Stick to loose, dark clothing. No bra, no leggings, no tight shoes.
Sleeping in your tan? Wear long sleeves and pants to prevent transfer to your palms.
How long will my tan last?
With the right aftercare, your custom glow from The Glow Haven lasts approximately 7–10 days. The secret? Good habits and the right products.
Most drugstore lotions and body washes contain ingredients that can strip your tan—so we always recommend using spray tan-safe products to extend your glow.
We also finish every tan with a hydrating mist to lock in moisture, minimize odor, and leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed.
Pro tips to make it last:
• Moisturize daily with a tan-safe lotion
• Avoid scrubs, loofahs, and oil-based products
• Pat skin dry—don’t rub
• Rinse gently with lukewarm water
