• Original Tan (8-12 hour rinse): Classic rinse option for a deep, even glow with sculpted contour enhancement.

• Rapid Tan (2-6 hour rinse): Faster rinse option for same-day events, busy schedules, workouts, or last-minute plans. Includes mini contouring.

• Incognito Tan (Clear | 8-12 hour rinse): Goes on clear, aka no immediate bronzer and minimal transfer. Ideal for brides, lighter clothing, sleeping comfortably, or anyone wanting a more discreet development process.

• Vacation Tan: Designed for heat, humidity, beach days, pool days, and travel. Includes upgraded long-wear solution, hydration-focused application, contour enhancement, personalized rinse guidance, and a luxury mini aftercare kit to help your glow last and fade beautifully while away.

We bring everything to you! Choose from Rapid, Original, Incognito, or Vacation Tan options, and we’ll go over everything before your appointment to make sure you’re getting exactly what YOUR skin, schedule, and glow goals need.

All tans include consultation, custom solution, hydration mist, drying powder, tanning stickers, and complimentary disposables for the full Glow Haven experience.

Mini contouring is included. Mini contouring enhances the features you have to leave you feeling snatched and sculpted in the best way.

Exfoliate & Shave

The day PRIOR to your tan, exfoliate head to toe with an exfoliating mitt and shave any unwanted hair. If you have an existing spray tan, it’s important to remove it completely…tanning over old color is like painting over chipped nail polish, and the results will be uneven.

No Products

Skip lotions, deodorants, oils, and fragrances on the day of your tan. These create a barrier and can lead to uneven color, green armpits, and patchiness.

Wash Your Hair First

Wash your hair before your appointment or plan accordingly. Shampoo and conditioner during your first rinse can interfere with how your tan develops.

Plan Your Day Accordingly

Life doesn’t stop just because you’re getting a spray tan, which is why I use lightweight, fast-drying solutions and a non-stick drying powder. But you’ll still need to avoid tight clothing, water exposure (dishes, baths, rain), and heavy sweating until your first rinse.

During: Wear as much or as little as you want. Our rule is whatever you’re most comfortable in….bikini, bra, thong, or nothing at all. We have complimentary disposable bottoms and nipple covers.

After: Stick to cool and loose, dark clothing. No bra, no leggings, no tight shoes. A good rule of thumb is the comfier, the better.

Sleeping in your tan? Wear long sleeves to prevent transfer to your palms.

For men, underwear or coverage is required during appointment. No exceptions.

With the right aftercare, your custom tan from us lasts approximately 7-12 days. The secret? Good habits and the right products combined with the best technique.

Most drugstore lotions and body washes contain ingredients that can strip your tan, so we always recommend using spray tan safe products to extend your glow.

We also finish every tan with a hydrating mist to lock in moisture, minimize odor, and leave your skin feeling soft and refreshed.

Pro tips to make it last:
• Moisturize daily with a tan-safe lotion, usually water/aqua-based… or our favorite and easiest way to stay hydrated, Afterglow Body Oil
• Avoid scrubs, loofahs, and most oil based products.
• Pat skin dry…don’t rub!
• Rinse gently with lukewarm water instead of steamy showers.

Your tan deserves the best…and so do you. That is why we offer only the best solutions and products on the market.

Rapid lets you rinse in 2 to 6 hours, which is great for tight timelines, events, busy schedules, and same-day plans.

Standard solutions have an 8 to 12 hour rinse time and are perfect for deeper overnight development.

Both continue developing for approximately 24 hours after your appointment.

We’ll always go over what’s best for YOU based on your schedule, skin, and desired result because no two tans should be the same.

Incognito tan is completely bronzer-free, meaning there’s minimal to no transfer on white clothing, sheets, or outfits.

The solution goes on clear upon application and will continue developing and deepening over the next 24 hours for a natural, flawless glow.
