What's included with a membership?
Your $29 per month unlocks Founding Member rates on every studio tan: $35 Signature, $40 Premier, $50 Vacation, plus priority booking access, 20% off all Glow Haven branded products, 10% off all non Glow Haven retail products, and members-only referral perks. Tans are booked and purchased separately at your member rate, so you only pay for the glows you get. Tan just once a month and the membership already pays for itself. Twice a month and you're saving $70 on tans alone.
Can I cancel at any time?
There's a 3-month minimum commitment, and you can cancel anytime after that. If membership is canceled or paused before the 3 months are up, the remaining months are charged and Founding Member pricing is forfeited.
What happens to my rate if I cancel and want to come back?
Founding Member pricing is locked in for life as long as your membership stays active. Once it's canceled or paused, that rate is permanently forfeited. You're always welcome back, but you'd rejoin at the current membership rates.
Do you travel to my area?
Member tans at Founding rates are in studio at Prestige Nail Spa in Tradition. Want your glow delivered? Concierge mobile is available across Port St. Lucie, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Stuart, and Fort Pierce at standard concierge pricing, with extended appointments in Port Salerno, Hobe Sound, Tequesta, Jupiter, and Vero Beach. When founding spots fill, this rate is retired. Every member who's in, stays in, for life, as long as membership stays active. Everyone after joins at whatever the rate is then.
