How it works
Pick your hat. Pick your patches. Make it yours.
Trucker blanks in black and white, camo and gray. Embroidered letters, mama patches, flags, faith patches and sayings. We lay it out with you, press it at the right temperature for that fabric, and hand it back in about twelve minutes.
- Choose a blank. Black/white trucker, camo trucker, patriotic camo mesh or gray camo cap.
- Choose your patches and letters. One patch is the OG Edit. Two is the Extra Edit. Three makes you the Main Character.
- We text you a layout photo, you approve it, we press it. Pick up at the next pop-up or we ship it anywhere in the US.

Grab-and-go custom hats already built: Checkerboard MAMA, Silver MAMA, GODISGOOD on camo, flag on patriotic mesh, USA letters, and BRIDE with chain. Ready-made hats run $36 to $42 and are pressed on the same blanks we use at the bar.

We bring the bar to your bachelorette, birthday or brand thing.
A styled hat wall, a tray of patches and two of us on the press, one on design and one pressing. Guests leave with a custom hat and a lil personality. We travel across the Treasure Coast: Port St. Lucie, Tradition, Stuart, Jensen Beach, Palm City, Fort Pierce, Jupiter and Vero Beach.

Soft launch at Prestige in Pink
Saturday, November 14, 2026 · 11 AM to 3 PM · Prestige Nail Spa, Tradition, Port St. Lucie. Pink hats, ribbon patches and chains. A portion of every hat goes to the breast cancer fundraiser; the exact amount is posted at the bar and here the week of. Look for the pink table. Hats from $30, pressed while you wait. Reserved builds are ready at pickup.
More Treasure Coast markets and holiday pop-ups are being added for late November and December. Check back or pre-build and choose your pickup date.

How long does a custom hat take?
About twelve minutes from blank to bag. At busy pop-ups we hand you a numbered ticket and a realistic wait.
Can I design my hat online and pick it up?
Yes. Build it here, reserve it, and it is waiting at the next pop-up. We text a photo of the layout before we press so nothing is a surprise.
Do you ship custom hats?
Flat $8 anywhere in the US, 3 to 5 days after the layout photo is approved.
Why no coupons?
The price covers a real blank, embroidered patches, a tested press setting for that fabric and someone who inspects the edges. We would rather include a chain than knock $5 off.
What if a patch lifts?
Text us a photo within 7 days and we fix it. No drama.
How do hat bar parties work?
Pick a package, hold a date, and get a written quote in 24 hours with travel, setup, deposit and extra-hat pricing. Two of us come: one on design, one on the press.

Lil Patches Co. is a pop-up and mobile hat bar based in Port St. Lucie, Florida. Find us at markets and events across the Treasure Coast, or book us to come to you anywhere from Vero Beach to Jupiter.
How do I care for a patch hat?
Spot clean with cool water. No machine, no dryer. Edge lifting? Text us a photo and we press it again.
